To confirm a booking, one night’s accommodation will be required, and the balance is payable one month before your stay. |

Accommodation is suited to families and church groupings for quiet retreats and get-togethers. It is not intended as a party venue and guests with this intention will not be accepted. |

We accept visa, mastercard or direct deposit . We will retain your credit card number as security, should there be any accidental breakages, or damage to the property. Any breakages/damages that occur will be charged to your credit card. |

Number of guests staying at the retreat are strictly limited to up to 12 maximum. There are no exceptions. |

Facilities and grounds are for paying guests only, with an allowance for up to 5 day guests if you have a family or friends wanting to visit. |

Special arrangements can be made for small sized weddings or quiet functions, under certain conditions. Approval from management for your wedding or function needs to be approved before making your booking. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet the criteria required. |

A minimum 7 night booking applies to the period between 1st Dec and 31st Jan each year . |

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds of deposit paid (should you cancel, amend or change your booking) within 21 days of arrival, are subject to the accommodation being rebooked. |

Cancellations or amendments to bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival will incur a booking fee of $55.00. |

No refunds are available for cancellations or amendments up to 14 days before your stay, or during your stay. |

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non - transferrable. |
